Our Lady of the Angels, gold frame

The Framing This photo quality art print is framed behind non-glare glass in a matching gold ornate wood frame (click on frame icon to the left). The frame back is professionally finished with a clean backing (black paper) and includes a mounted wire attached to framing straps, making it ready to hang. The overall picture frame dimensions are approximately 16¾" x 22¼" (inches).

The Image This is a classic image of Baby Jesus being held by Mary, all adorned by a choir of angels. It is titled Our Lady of the Angels. The original was painted in the late 1800's by renowned French master William Adolphe Bouguereau. Notice how the Angels in the foreground are kneeling. This is unusual in that, many other renditions of this image crop this part in order to make this a standard size print. Just like the original artist, we don't worry about standard sizes because we do the framing ourselves. So you'll have a version just as the artist painted it. Please note: the watermark shown (www.CatholicFineArt.com) will not appear on your print/frame.
